We receive many questions regarding our policies with our clipart. So here are the answers to most of the questions. Please let us know if you have additional ones.

ALL of the clipart is copyrighted to Cool Baby Graphics, Inc. and Colleen Bouchard. The clipart has been legally certified and accounted for with the US Patent, Trademark and Copyright Department.

The clipart that is for sale on our website is for personal use. You can use it in scrapbooks, craft projects, personal websites -whatever you want, as long as you are not reselling the clipart in any form.

Commercial use of the clipart is not allowed without obtaining a commercial license from Cool Baby Graphics. We have over 165 licensed businesses that use our clipart on their products. Businesses ranging with products from candybar wrappers to clothes to board games to publishing. It's so cool to see what people come up with.

Our clipart is high quality and has a great visual appeal. We have received fabulous feedback from the businesses that have our license. We take great pride in our work and presenting it to you at an affordable price.

Our promise to licensees is to ensure that other business are using the clipart legally. We will not tolerate misuse of our work. If we find that you are using our copyrighted clipart for profit without permission, we will not hesitate to bring in our legal counsel. It's no fun to say that but we have had an issue or two in the past. so...that is our promise to our licensees.

The license is a one-time fee that gives you permission to use the graphics in a unlimited manner in regards to your business. Email us for the license fee. Payment of the license also comes with your choice of any two of our Downloadable Minis. We currently have 7 minis to choose from in the series.

The license covers all the Cool Baby Graphics clipart. Currently, as I mentioned, we have 7 themes of Downloable Minis and two clipart CDs. The license will cover all future works as well.

The license does not cover the cost of the CDs... you would need to purchase those separately.

The only area that is prohibited is anything stationery related. For instance, birth announcements, invitations, address labels, notepads...etc. The reason we restrict this area is because of our other business, Tickle Bellies. Tickle Bellies is a stationery company and we do not want to compete with ourselves and have any conflicts of interest.

We also try to keep the pricepoint affordable so small businesses can have high quality clipart without it costing a fortune but we feel we cannot price it too affordably because then there would be no value left to the clipart. If everyone can afford it, then the value would decrease and their would be no edge for your business. We hope to be affordable yet weed out those businesses that are not serious about offering their customers something different and fun.
